Intra-Class Activity – Grade 11 and 12

News Clip Analysis Competition

1. Students will be divided in the group of 3 member each. (Two Groups each from Grade 11 and 12)
2. Group are advised to select any new clip from the news paper or any other reliable media resource such as BBC, TOI, HT or In-shot etc.
3. The new clip should be based-on any topic covered under economics (Market forms, Economic policies, Taxation etc.)
4. Teams has to analyse and evaluate the news clip content using past knowledge and understanding with the subject contents such as principles of
management, Economic policies, forms of market, merger and acquisitions, taxation etc.
5. News clip should not be taken from editorial section, it must be a news not editorial report by an individual.
6. Presentation should reach to the subject teacher on or before 11th April 2022 (4:30pm)
7. Presentation should be in PPT /PDF format that can be displayed over projector.
8. Points will be awarded on the following basis:
