    1.Members are well trained in handling with cherry picker, in height work and aware about the emergency situations.
    2.Area is barricaded and not more than 2 workers inside the basket.
    3.No over head hazards e.g. structural beams, projected steel rods, crane rotational area and electric cables etc.
    4.Worker worn body harness and sit inside the basket while moving up or down.
    5.No Loose materials are kept inside the basket.
