Ta có thể dùng cả obese và overweight trong TH này. Tuy nhiên, strictly speaking, “obese” (béo
phì) có mức độ cao hơn (overweight) thừa cân.
Obese & overweight đều là adj. Vì vậy khi đóng vai trò chủ ngữ, ta cần thêm “being” ở đầu. (Quy
tắc Gerund)

Với các đáp án có thể sử dụng “Gerund” thì thường sẽ để kèm đáp án dùng Chủ ngữ giả “It”

Tính từ “demanding” có thể kết hợp với 2 adverb physically & mentally
physically demanding - vất vả/đòi hỏi nhiều về mặt thể chất
Mentally demanding - mệt đầu/đòi hỏi nhiều năng lượng trí não

là lành mạnh (healthy habits - exercising 3 to 4 times a week).
Lỗi động từ “to be” (I am very healthy, I am always in a good mood,
positive thinking is good for my/your health, exercise when I am free, )

Countable/uncountable
Khác biệt giữa food và foods: food (Thực phẩm) là một danh từ không đếm
được, nhưng đôi khi có thể sử dụng foods khi đề cập đến các loại thực
phẩm cụ thể.
Fruit, vegetable, serving, portion, nutrient đều là các countable nouns ->
take on plural form in this case (fruitS, vegetableS, servingS, portionS)
Allergy & attack - countable noun -> singular (you you have a food
