Summary
This day was for the screening of the scrabble participants of the education
department that will be the representatives for the upcoming intramural to be held at
Limay Polytechnic College on November 16 and 17. This served as
our direct to select our players to the said occasion.
Event Highlights

Here we gathered the participants and

explained the basic rules and regulations of
the scrabble game.

watch for the ongoing battle of all the

and the methods and strategies of each player so we can choose wisely who among
them will be the representatives. 

Recommendation/Issues
The problems we encountered making this occasion to happen is first we struggled
on the specific venue. We have decided to take place in the student center however
players will be distracted because of the other noises from other students staying there.
We asked the library if we can use it for the screening. Unfortunately we were not
favored again but they suggested the one room.The second one is we thought the
school will provide us the scrabble table but ended up that our request was not favored.
And so we have to search for it. Thankfully one of the members found one and then we
just bought another scrabble table.

We recommend for the future event to have a place or specific venue for this and
also budget for some things that we need to buy. But overall at least favor for our
request and school support.
