NARRATIVE REPORT ON THE CONDUCT OF PRE-ASSESSMENT TOOL IN

NUMERACY

SY 2022-2023

Pursuant to Division Memorandum 598, s, 2022. On September 8, 2022,

the Barobo District II, comprised of 16 schools with teachers assigned as School
Math Coordinators from both elementary and secondary schools, came
together to address the learning gap and crafted a District Unified Pre-
Assessment Tool for Grades 2 to 10.

The dissemination of the said memorandum was applied to our school,

Rizal Elementary School, on August 9, 2022. In attendance were the concerned
teachers on the field. Claudine B. Cornita, as school Math Coordinator,
discussed the key points of the memorandum, its overview, procedures of the
conduct, the template to be used, the data needs in item analysis, and the
construction of an intervention plan to address the learning gap. Our school
followed on September 12–13, 2022, as the administration of the test, and
successfully consolidated and uploaded the results without further ado. With
proper guidance and interpretation of the result we were thoroughly aiming to
finish the task before the submission on September 16, 2022, with our proper
School Intervention Plan.
