Summary:

1. Strengths:
- Master the zoom application used in teaching with breakout room feature.
- Good teaching aid with online application
- Clear and good stage development from the lead-in, opening, main discussion, and
closing
- Full English in the class
2. Things to improve:
- Time allocation: Need to reduce teacher talking time and allow more for students to
talk. Longer duration for speaking part 1 and 2
- A lot of vocabulary related to job satisfaction can be explored but nothing is provided.
- Inadequate feedback after each part of speaking activity.
