    1. What is the most challenging thing that a multi- grade teacher is facing but seeing
    challenges as opportunities?
     For me, it is Balancing time and multi-tasking. As of now I find it difficult to
    balance my time with everything going on. Though I do wish to over come this
    difficulty and become better with handling time and tasks.
    2. Is Multi-Grade teaching easy?
     Not quite, teachers have to give extra effort in planning lessons, checking outputs,
    and in making exams for the students that are in different grade levels.
