SUMMARY:

1. All of the students were evaluated through all of the teachers of the class
2. General situation of the class was discussed between the teachers
3. Brainstorming was done to come up with solutions to the issues of the students

The meeting started by a speech from Mr. Berki about what the meeting will be about.
Then, the list of the students of 11E was brought up to talk about each one of them separately
with the teachers and the teachers were asked to share their thoughts about the students. It was
asked from the classroom teacher of the 11E to take notes so that it would be become a
written report later on. Below, you may find the comments of the teachers to each one of the
students:

CLAS 11E:

Mudasir Kerimi: English teacher believes he is a polite student and a fast learner. Math
teacher says his background in math is not good enough fort he SAT, but the student is doing
his best to cover the missing parts. Turkish teacher has no problem with the student. Biology
teacher respects his enthusiasms reagrading the subject. Social studies teacher has no issues
with the student. Physics teacher says he has no background in physics, but the student is a
nice one in the class and doing his best to be in the class’s level.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is having good pace by himself and no action is required to take. He also
might need more time to catch up with the rest of the students.

Yusif Abdulhussein Ali AL Khateeb: English teacher calls him a A level student and
cooperating with all of the tasks given to him. Math teacher believes the student is one of the
brilliant one in the class. Biology teacher says he is respectful and doing a great job in the
lessons. Turkish teacher says he is improving day by day and curious to learn more of the
language. Social studies teacher has no problem with the student. Physics teacher finds the
student eager to learn.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is doing a great job and all of the teachers praised him.

Obada Sahin: English teacher says he is studying really hard and doing his best to improve.
Math teacher finds the student a hardworking and smart one. Biology teacher says the student
is doing good in the lessons. Turkish teacher has no complaints about the student. Social
studies teacher believes the student is eager to learn more about the subject. Physics teacher is
enjoying teaching to the student, because the student is keen on the subject.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is a smart boy and does his best to grow.

Mohamed Adil Jihat: All of the teachers agreed that it would be beneficial to the student if
he could attend more.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student needs to attend more.

Rayan AL Khayat: English teacher finds the student’s background enough fort he level of
the class. Math teacher believes the student needs to study more to catch up with the rest of
the students. Biology teacher says the student is not focused in the lessons. Turkish teacher
finds the student’s Turkish level satisfactory for the level being. Social studies teacher says
the student finds the subject easy to handle. Physics teacher says the student needs to study
more or have to take more lessons to cover the missing parts of the subject.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student needs to focus more in the class and the parent will be contacted by the
classroom teacher to be updated about what have been found in the meeting.

Maria Djoumana Louadah: English teacher says she is good in the subject. Math teacher
suggests that the it would be better for the student to study more of math. Biology teacher
says the student is doing great with the subject. Social studies teacher has no problem with the
student. Turkish teacher finds the student’s Turkish level to be suitable for the class. Physics
teacher says the student needs to work harder on the subject.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student needs to study physics and math subjects a bit more which will be discussed
with the student by the classroom teacher.

Mohamed Hamdi Sati: All of the teachers agree that the student is not focused in the
lessons. The issue will be forwarded to the counselor.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student MUST have a meeting with the counselor.

Alin Gaznaghi: English teacher finds the student a hardworking one. Math teacher says the
student is studying very hard and doing a great job in the lessons. Biology teacher is happy
about the performance of the student in the lessons. Social studies teacher believes the student
is smart and does all of the tasks given to her. Turkish teacher says that the student finds the
Turkish language level of the class to be very easy to her. Physics teacher is satisfied by the
amount of energy the student is putting on the subject.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is one the smartest in the class of 11E.

Eneer Alhasairi: All of the teachers agree that the student is not focused in the lessons. The
issue will be forwarded to the counselor.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student MUST have a meeting with the counselor.

Bader Abu AL Jibat: English teacher says the student was great in the 1st semester, but the
student has lost the motive in the 2nd semester. Math teacher finds the student to be not
interested in the subject. Biology teacher believes the student can be better at the subject if he
focuses a bit more. Social studies teacher is happy with the performance of the student.
Physics teacher says the student needs to study more.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student’s parent MUST be contacted by the classroom teacher to talk about the
issues reagarding some of the subjects.

Sayed Attaullah Hafiani: English teacher says that although the student is new to the class,
he is adapting to the situation. Math teacher is happy with the performance of the student in
the lessons. Biology teacher has no problem with the student. Turkish teacher says the student
has a really good Turkish language and polite in the lessons. Social studies teacher believes
the student has no issues with the subject. Physics teacher says he is a good student.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is on a good path already.

Enes Saban: All of the teachers agree that the student is not focused in the lessons. The issue
will be forwarded to the counselor. Also, all of the teachers mentioning that the student is
making annoying sounds in the lessons which will be issued during the meeting with the
counselor.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student MUST have a meeting with the counselor.

Adnan Ibrahim Asvad: English teacher finds the student’s background sufficient. Math
teacher believes the student is a brilliant one. Biology teacher is happy with the performance
of the student. Turkish teacher has no complaints against the student. Social studies teacher
finds the student to be curious about the subject. Physics teacher says the student is good and
concentrated in the lessons.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is on a good path already.

Yahya Elnoti: All of the teachers agreed that the student is a bright one and does his best to
grow in his educational life. The student is asking a lot of challenging questions which makes
his teachers to be intrigued.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is one the smartest in the class of 11E.

Folad Nabizade Dost: English teacher says he is good in the lessons. Math teacher believes
the student needs extra support with the subject. Biology teacher is happy with the student’s
performance. Social studies teacher has no complaints against the student. Turkish teacher
finds the student’s background to be sufficient for the subject. Physics teacher says that the
student is making a lot noises in the lessons and does not concentrate in the lessons and the
background is weak fort he subject.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student’s parents will be notified by the classroom teacher about the subjects he is
facing problems with.

Hakan Akpinar: English teacher believes the student is really good with the subject. Math
teacher recommends the student to have extra lessons. Biology teacher is happy with the
student’s performance. Turkish teacher says he is perfect in the subject. Social studies teacher
has no complaints against the student. Physics teacher finds the student so smart, but the
background is not good enough.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student’s parents will be notified by the classroom teacher about the subjects he is
facing problems with.

Hassan Shahab Jafri: All of the teachers are happy with the student. His performance is
noticeable in the class and follows up on all of the tasks.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is one the smartest in the class of 11E.

Maryam Suhailan: English teacher is satisfied by her performance in the lessons. Math
teacher says that she is doing her best to learn more and more. Biology teacher is happy by the
student’s performance in the class. Social studies teacher has no complaints against the
student. Turkish teacher is happy to see the student implementing the language in her daily
routine. Physics teacher says the student is good.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is on a good path already.
Salaar Ramay: English teacher mentions that the student’s English level is advanced and has
no problem in the lessons. Math teacher admires the background of the student, but the
student needs to pay attention to the questions of problems a bit more. Biology teacher is
happy with the performance of the student. Social studies teacher has no complaints against
the student. Turkish teacher says that the student is having issues with the subject, because the
student is new to the country. Physics teacher says the student is doing the best to adapt to the
class.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is on a good path already and no need to interrupt.

Hamood Khalid: English teacher says the student is doing great in the lessons. Math teacher
finds the student smart, but needs a bit more practice. Biology teacher is happy with the
performance of the student. Social studies teacher has no complaints against the student.
Turkish teacher says the student needs more time or lessons to get better in the language.
Physics teacher says the student is good.
Decisions Made about the Student: In 2021/2022 school year, it has been decided that
the student is on a good one and just needs more time to adapt to the system of the class.
