Greetings of Peace!
 
The Department of Education – Division of Bukidnon will conduct its Division Athletic Meet 2023
with the theme “Shaping the Future through Sports”. This is the first athletic that the division will have after
two years of being unable to gather due to Covid-19 pandemic. The Division Meet is hosted by the Local
Government Unit of three municipalities namely Manolo Fortich, Sumilao, and Kibawe, together with its
respective DepEd District offices. Each municipality is assigned to host different sport events as shown
below:

Gango Elementary School will be sending players for Volleyball Girls at Kibawe, Bukidnon this
coming March 17-19, 2023, consisting of 5 members to represent the District of Libona. These players are
the key players that were chosen during the inter-school selection.

In lieu with this, we would like to ask for your financial support for the mentioned activity. The
proceeds will be used for the athlete’s uniform and travel expense going to Kibawe, Bukidnon. Your help will
not only suffice the athlete’s needs, but also provide an opportunity for them to expose and showcase their
talents and skills in sports as well as mold their attitude and behavior during the whole experience.
 
We are hoping for your positive response regarding this matter. Thank you and Ad Majorem dei
