    The Academic Calendar of Sports Activities for District Meet falls this month of November until
    December 2023.

    In this connection, the Lopez Jaena National High School and Minoyan National High School agreed to
    come up with a qualifying match in every sport event in preparation to District Meet this November 25,
    2023 at Minoyan National High School.

    Moreover, we would like to ask your permission to excuse these students from your respective classes to
    have ample time to prepare and practice in their chosen sports.
