EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Duck Tapa is made from fresh and clean raw materials.

It is a food that every people will look for because of its classic

taste. The duck tapa is made from native duck or "itik" and added

with other spices to make it more flavorful. The duck tapa also has

a healthy and good benefits to our body. This tapa can be the best

available food or dish for everybody and also fit for adult and kids.

The duck tapa offers a moderate amount of protein

compared to other meats. The duck tapa store is open and

everybody is free to go and see our store and taste our delicious

and classic tapa. We are giving some freebies and discount for

those loyal customers to feel that they are valuable in our business.

The concept of our business is to make and keep our

customers healthy and satisfied in every tapa that they buy and eat.

The purpose of this product is to promote the new version of tapa

that is made from duck that will surely make the customers crave

for its taste.

 CHAPTER II

BUSINESS AND ITS MANAGEMENT

BUSINESS STRUCTURE

The duck tapa desires to make a store that will keep the customers

buy our product. The object below is the desired store of the business. As

you can see, it has a name brand and logo on the top to make the store

more visible and attract our customers.

MANAGEMENT TEAM / LABOR REQUIREMENT

In opening a business, the management team is one of the most

needed. It is the act of finding and hiring people that can accomplished or

complete the desired goals and task. Building a solid team is a good

factor, it will promote teamwork in the particular workplace that will give a

positive result. The management team should have the skills, motivation

and determination to successfully operate direct to the company.

The duck tapa is a good option for merienda or lunch because of its

new feature and flavor unlike to those tapas that we knew. This duck tapa

is very unique because it is new to the market because were the first who

will offer these special duck tapas. The special spices and ingredients

make the tapa more flavorful and special.

The duck tapa is a new food and dish that everyone will love and

look for. This product is not just like that, it also has a good benefit for our

body because it is healthy and nutritious. This will be tastier if it served hot

and paired with rice.

first month of the year. While the approval of the product, presentation and

prototyping and product improvement will be done in the second month,

Choosing a business location is very crucial. It is one of the most

important aspects in that we need to consider. The store should be easy to

see. It's important to be in location that is suited for your product. That's

why the proposed business location for the Duck Tapa Store will be in

Purok 2 Brgy. Daniw Victoria, Laguna. The following is the actual location

of the business.
PRODUCTION PROCESS

The following is the step-by-step procedure of making the Duck

Tapa. Make sure to follow each step-in order to produce a delicious Duck

Tapa.

STEP 1.

Boil the duck for 30 minutes.

STEP 2.

Cut the duck meat in strip.

STEP 3.

Add the sprite then massage it

for 2 minutes.

STEP 4.

Then add the sugar, soy sauce,

vinegar, garlic, pepper and
some seasonings then mix it
very well to make it flavorful.

STEP 5.
After marinating and mixing it,
put it in tupperware and leave
for 12 hours.

expenses in making a product. These include all the raw materials

purchases, tools and equipment.

In this section, the business will use tool, machine and equipment

that have a lowest and affordable price that can help the business to

produce a high-quality production and product.

because a business plays a big role in our economy. They should be the

one who giving a job to many people. The business is also responsible in

paying taxes to government. It includes the contributions and different

classes of permits.

CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATION

CONCLUSION

The duck tapa is one of a food that will surely love by everybody

either kids or adults. Therefore, duck tapa is a good business, because

there is big possibility that it can increase the demand because of its new

feature and taste that is new to the market. The most effective way of

promoting a new established business is by using some promotional tools

like brochures and flyers that can help to attract more customers.

The form of ownership and hiring skilled personnel also helps the

business to increase the production, but it also depends on the capability

of a business to handle and manage the growth of the business very well.

Also aside from financing activities, the pricing is considered as one

of the important aspects too. Before putting a product, a business must

think about all the possible expenses that the business will be faced. The

last but not the least is, before establishing a business, the owner should

have the passion on what they are doing, they are responsible and willing

to take all the risk.

RECOMMENDATION

The duck tapa can be a perfect comfort food for everybody. They ’re

portable, delicious and very affordable. To make the tapa healthier, tasty

and give some other twist, the following are highly recommended:

Adding other variety of flavors like spicy, sweet and sour, barbeque and

many more.

 Instead of frying, you can also grill the tapa.
