Motivation

Activity # 1:
People are not just a citizen of their state, they are a citizen of the world. Humans typically think of
themselves in small groups. But in reality, they are part of a bigger group. That small group is their
state or country. The big group is the world.But Socrates expressed it better, when he said, he was
not an Athenian or a Greek, but a citizen of the world.

Learning Activities

perspectives of others on global issues.The responsibility to respect cultural diversity.
The responsibility to build relationships with people from other countries and
cultures. To promote peaceful environment and to be able to sustain and follow the
government law.

ASSESESMENT # 3: “Me as Global Citizen”

Global citizens are willing to help and cooperate with others. Global citizens have
their own ideas and express them, but they are open to changing them if they are
proved wrong. Global citizens are curious and want to learn more about the world.
Global citizens look after the environment and don't waste things.A global citizen
is someone who is aware of and understands the wider world – and their place in it.
They are a citizen of the world. They take an active role in their community and work
with others to make our planet more peaceful, sustainable and fairer.
