First of all it really depends on what country since I am from the Philippines, it would
not be difficult but it's not easy if i were a first world citizen. But since i am from the philippines
and im a filipino, and the philippines is a third world country so basically i'm a third world
citizen, it's very difficult since i was born in a family were not wealthy or other words not so
privilege family some people called it middle-lower class. As a member of this country or even
a citizen I have a responsibility to be informed on what is happening, what is the issue, what is
the situation of our country or our world. Meaning to be a proper citizen we need to be
open-minded and willing to accept and learn other people's opinions or ideas on how to improve
our world. rather than dragging every person down. It means appreciating diversity and
appreciating the distinctive viewpoints and experiences of individuals from various cultures and
origins. Even when you disagree, you must be willing to listen and have civil conversations with
other people. In short terms being a citizen means seeing yourself accepting that everybody in
When we say global citizen it means someone who cares and is aware about our world
and place where they are currently staying and living in. Also as a member of this kind of
citizen means that as a citizen I'm responsible for making this community great for the new
awareness since everyone knows even people in other countries know that in countries there are
multiple people that have different cultures, religions and beliefs. We should respect each other's
culture no matter what even if it's not to our liking, the best way is just to respect their culture
the entire global community. It contains the notion that everyone can be a part of a single global
community, regardless of nationality or place of origin. Global citizens are aware of and
concerned about issues that affect people and the environment outside of their purported nation.
They are aware of how intertwined all of the world's problems are and are committed to fighting
for a more just and realistic world. On the other hand, national citizenship refers to a person's
official affiliation with a certain nation. It can be acquired through birth, marriage, naturalization,

global citizenship and national citizenship. Global citizenship is distinct from national
citizenship, which is tied to a particular nation or legal system. National citizenship could be a
legitimate status that confers rights and privileges inside a specific nation, but worldwide
citizenship may be a philosophical concept that empowers the thought of worldwide harmony
As a global citizen here in the Philippines I can say that there are too many issues and if I
The first would be poverty. Poverty has been one of the most famous problems here in
the philippines, and according to the statistics in google philippines has one of the highest rates
of poverty in Southeast Asia with around at least 21% . As a global citizen I am concerned and
if I have the wealth and power to help I would probably focus on poverty first before anything
else.
Second will be corruption. Since corruption happens not only in our country but in others
too it can take many forms not only in the government. As long as it's related to power like for
example bribery or embezzlement and use of position for personal gain that's corruption. And
as global citizens, the only way to fight is to educate other people about choosing the right
person to lead as and let them know what would be the cause and consequences if they choose
the person who will not lead wisely. It is crucial to speak up and inform the proper authorities.
This may also serve to prevent others from suffering harm as a result of corrupt behavior by
disappearances, and torture, have a long history in the Philippines. As a global citizen, you can
support organizations that fight to advance and defend human rights in the nation and speak out
in favor of laws that uphold and defend the rights of all people in order to address these
problems.
The last and fourth one will be the Disaster response.Since we all know that typhoons
love to hit the philippines It has the potential to seriously harm and displace. Supporting
organizations that seek to aid affected areas and advance disaster planning and response across
