• The graph of ability to influence or change in project management typically
follows a bell curve, which is also known as the adoption curve.
• The adoption curve represents the percentage of people who have adopted or
accepted a new concept, process, or technology over time, and it can be used to
predict the success of a change initiative in project management.

• At the start of a project, the ability to influence or change is relatively low, as
stakeholders may be resistant to change or may not fully understand the
benefits of the proposed changes. As the project progresses and stakeholders
become more familiar with the proposed changes, the ability to influence or
change increases, and the adoption curve starts to rise.

stakeholders have adopted or accepted the changes, and the ability to influence
or change is at its highest. This phase is critical, as it represents the point where
the project team can leverage the momentum of the change initiative to drive
further adoption and ensure that the changes are fully integrated into the
project management processes

stakeholders either adopt the changes at a slower pace or resist them
altogether. This phase can be challenging, as it requires the project team
to address any concerns or objections from stakeholders and provide
additional support to ensure that the changes are fully implemented.

for project managers because it can help them to understand how stakeholders are
responding to proposed changes and to identify potential resistance to change. By
tracking the adoption curve, project managers can monitor the progress of the change
initiative and adjust their strategies and communication approaches to ensure that the
changes are successfully implemented.

• in the context of project management, the Agile methodology is a framework that
provides a set of principles and values for managing projects in a flexible and adaptive
manner.
• The Agile methodology is based on the Agile Manifesto, which emphasizes the
importance of individuals and interactions, working software, customer collaboration,
and responding to change.
