PORTION OF LOT 1-B-2, PSD-03-171344, L.R.C. REC. NO.), SITUATED IN THE BO. OF SAN ROQUE
DAU, MUNICIPALITY OF LUBAO, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON XXX
CONTAINING AN AREA OF FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY FIVE SQUARE METERS
(5,795) MORE OR LESS.”;

Currency, the receipt hereof in full is hereby acknowledged as we have sold, transferred and conveyed and by these present do
hereby, SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Deed Of Absolute Sale the above-described parcel of land A PORTION OF

successors-in-interest, the above-described parcels free from all liens and encumbrances.
