properly prepared for the training, please study these ‘Joining Instructions’ carefully before you arrive at our

 Requisites :
 Please bring valid photographic ID (KTP/Passport)
 Please Send the Medical Check Up result
 Bring change of clothes everyday
 Upon Arrival, delegates must show a proof of Vaccine ( Minimal
3 times dose) If a delegate arrives at our facility without of these
vaccine result, he/she must show a Negative PCR test result not
older than 2 days or they will not allowed to attend the training.
 Usage of all required equipment including :
 Student workbook
 Coveralls, Safety helmet, Water shoes and Gloves
 Shower kit (towel, soap & Shampoo)
 Lunch and Snack
 Souvenirs

Our instructors deliver the courses in Bahasa Indonesia, English or both. If students don’t understand, speak or
read at least one of those two languages, please contact us for special attention options. Please let us know if
you have any special requirements that we need to be aware of to ensure that your training experience is as
smooth as possible. This may be a particular medical, dietary, physical, language or other need. Any
information provided will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

Please be aware that certain aspects of the course are of a physical nature and contain potentially stressful
elements. As we need to verify that you are in good health, upon beginning of the course, you will be required
to complete and sign a medical screening form.If you have any questions, please send us an email or contact
us by phone. We are ready to provide you with the best possible assistance and service.

Please arrive on time! Delegates that arrive more than 30 minutes late can be denied access to the course.

Basic Sea Survival Module :

To successfully complete this module, delegates must be able to demonstrate:

(1) Donning of a permanent buoyancy lifejacket prior to use in an emergency.

(2) The correct actions when mustering and boarding a survival craft (TEMPSC) as a passenger during
launching operations.
(3) Fitting of a helicopter strop and correct body posture during winching.

 (4) Individual and group sea survival techniques, to include: swimming, getting into Heat Escape
Lessening Position (HELP), wave-slap protection, towing, chain, huddle and circle.
(5) Boarding a marine lifecraft from the water.
*Immediate first aid actions, to include: ABC

Your competence in all course modules will be assessed against the stated Learning Outcomes through
observation, questioning and a written exam (for Safety Induction only). Only when you are assessed as
‘competent’, will you be awarded a certificate.

Travel from Cengkareng Airport (Soekarno-Hatta)

Take DAMRI bus direct to Lebak Bulus Terminal. Get taxi to Bumi Harum Manis at Jl. Lebak Bulus I No 62,
taxi ride will take about 10 minutes. Once arrived, report to the security staff who will direct you to our
waiting area. You are always welcome for a cup of coffee!

Travel by Car
From the East; follow Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) and exit left at Pondok Labu. After RS. Fatmawati,
turn Right into Jl. Lebak Bulus I. After RS. Mayapada, turn Right into complex Bumi Harum Manis.

From the West; follow Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) and exit left at Pondok Labu. Make U-turn onto Jl.
Simatupang. Follow signs to RS. Mayapada. Keep RS. Mayapda on your Left and enter complex Bumi Harum
Manis on your Right.
