3.2 Give Reason why you choose that organizational structure
( NAJWAN)

The reason why we choose functional structure is because functional units can eliminate any confusion
about the task performance and prevents the duplication of work like example employees easily know
who is their manager and the one manager that they are to answer to and for the one who they did to
handle the task / job given.

Functional structure also allowed people who with similar knowledge and skills be in a group together.
This can make employees to become specialist in their field such as how the do the promotion,
development and others. It also gave employees feel confident about what they do and more likely to fell
loyalty to this organization.

3.4 Identify whether your organization is using flat structure or narrow structure. (Refer to your
organizational chart) and give reason.

We choose Narrow structure because it can maintain a strong chain of command which means employees
easily understand their roles and responsibilities assigned by top -level managers. In addition, employees
can also get more support and motivation from their managers because the small number of employees
per manager allows managers to be more focused in mentoring their employees. It is also able to avoid
only a handful of employees who show talent in giving ideas to complete a given task.
