Title of Unit and Brief Summary: Students will be learning about the United States Flag and will be able to identify the flag in all
settings, understand its context, and the importance it resembles.

Classroom and Student Factors/Grouping: When reviewing the class profile, it shown that there are several students who are
currently on different levels of academics including some that are below grade level, within grade level, others above and as well
have IEPs or 504 plans. With this knowledge about my students, I will make sure that they will receive the support needed within
throughout different activities such as small groups to better comprehend the materials. There will also be supports for the students
who are English language learners and have learning disabilities including autism and ADHD. These different types of supports
include a differentiate of instructions in small and large group settings, peer to peer supports, flexible seating, and the appropriate
materials as needed.
