Job Description:

This role is centered on responding to customer enquiries with efficiency and timeliness, by providing an outstanding experience to our customers.

General Tasks:

 Handling Incoming calls/ Outbound calls


 Replying to customer emails
 Chats
 Coordination with logistic partners related to order deliveries
 Follow up on customer complaints and other e-commerce related tasks
Requirements:

 Strong communication skills


 Comfortable with shifts
 Quick learner
 Ability for multitasking
 Self-motivated
 Patience and calmness when dealing with angry customers
