(g) Childcare Centre (CCC) and roof garden above

(h) Children Playground, Adult and Elderly fitness equipment

(i) General Siteworks including Trimming, Forming Embankments and

Earthmounds, Turfing, Footpaths, Steps, etc.

(j) Underground Pipe System For LT Reticulation Cables And

Telecommunication Cables

(k) Civil engineering works including piling, sewer lines, drains, culverts,
manholes, service roads and driveway

(l) Landscaping and tree planting works at Contract 14 and Common

Green

(m) Play area/community living room at 1st storey, 2nd storey and 10th
storey residential blocks where indicated.

(n) Refuse Handling Equipment Installation

(o) Fire Protection System (Sprinkler system, dry rising mains, fire hose
reels, automatic fire alarm system and etc)

(p) Heat Exchanger Rooms for District Cooling System

(q) Interfacing and co-ordination work with adjacent contract Punggol

North Contract 15 including but not limited to the construction and
demolition of retaining wall, provision of dowel bars, waterproofing
system, services coordination, painting of car parking lots at the
interface between C14 and C15 basement carpark and shifting of
hoarding at different construction stages for working space and
completion of basement carpark and environmental deck.

and other Works required under the Contract.

71.3 CONTROL CLAUSE

The following Specifications shall be applicable to this Contract:

(a) Standard Specifications For Building Works And

Other Installations (2018 Edition)

(b) Supplementary Specifications Section 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78,
79 and 80

(c) The following Technical Specification Section(s) of the Standard

Specifications For Civil Engineering Works (2018 Edition) shall be
applicable to this Contract:

(i) Section 2 – Materials, Workmanship And Construction

(ii) Section 3 – Construction And Workmanship For
Roads And Drains
(iii) Section 4 – Construction And Workmanship For
Sewers
(iv) Section 5 – Construction And Workmanship For
