SUBJECT : Activation of Food Banks for Disaster Preparedness

1. Reference: Memorandum from TDPCR dated May 27, 2023 with same subject as
above.

2. This pertains to the entry of Tropical Storm “Mawar” which will bring heavy rains
and winds over parts of Luzon and Visayas.

3. In this regard, you are directed to activate the food banks in your respective area
in partnership with NGOs and stakeholders to generate the supply of food, water, medicines,
and other critical medical supplies, including essential goods such as first aid kits, portable
power and light source, clothing, tents and communication devices and the likes.

4. Submit report to this office at pcrabrappo@yahoo.com every day at 09:00 AM

starting Today, May 28, 2023 (see attached format).
