Shell & Tubesheet material: SA-516M Gr 485 & SA-266 Gr 4

t nom. = 54 mm. for Tubesheet.
ts = 12 mm. for shell.
Tube = SA-179M, O.D. 25.4 ,Min t = 2.77 mm.

Note:

1. For tube-to-tubesheet demonstration mockup qualification test according

to QW-193 of ASME SC-IX are required by user, not by Code of Construction.

1. After put in services for a year, user required replace tube with material specification SA-312M Gr.TP316L, seamless and same size with original construction.

After put in services for a year, user required “R” Certificate Holder to replace tube
with material specification SA-312M Gr.TP316L (existing tube material is SA-179) and
same size with original construction all welding shall be same as original
