Organization Overview: I would describe this
organization as a rental company although they do
run a side cafe company. An organization which
values their employees and wants to build a
relationship with their employees. When I had my
interview I noticed that this organization does their
best to make sure their employees love their job.

● I'm excited to work a job and build upon a

new people and build relationships.
● I'm looking forward to being able to be in
the hot sun everyday and work at the
beach.
What I’m nervous about
● Im am nervous because this is a new
experience and I'm nervous to make
mistakes.
● Nervous to be in a new environment and
doing new things.
● Nervous because what if I am
accidentally late sometimes.
What am I hoping to learn
● I hope to learn skills of a job and how
to handle money
● I hope to learn and build upon
communication skills
● And I hope to learn some business
skills and marketing skills.
