Introduction

 The Information Management System (IMS) is a crucial element in a firm,

providing accurate, timely, and accessible information to users. It saves
time, money, and resources, improves administrative processes, and
increases productivity. IMS is commonly used in telecommunications firms,
where it facilitates information gathering, processing, and storage. R&D
Computer Shop, an internet cafe, uses an IMS to ensure secure payments,
manage their business, and avoid misunderstandings and customer
complaints. The study aims to provide a computerized IMS and enhance
skills in creating such systems.
Statement of the Problem

This study aims to determine the development of Internet Café system of R&D
Computer Shop in Noble Street. Gathering the necessary information can be a greatly help
to support the study.
This study aims to answer the following research questions:
1. What is the profile of respondents in terms of

1.2 Gender
2. What are the functions may used to manage the manual system?
3. Why computerized system consumes less time to manage manual system?
4. What are the possible effects using Internet café Information System?
5. What are the advantages using internet cafe Information Management System in R&D
Computer Shop?
Scope and Limitation of the Study

 The study aims to identify essential features and functionalities for efficient
management of an internet cafe's daily operations. It will provide insights
into the effectiveness of an internet cafe information management
system, its benefits, and its use in the industry. The descriptive method and
validated questionnaires will be used to achieve the objectives. The study
will focus on Batangas City's internet cafe, focusing on its information
system, which lacks a receipt and provides only personal data access for
computer shop customers.
Significance of the Study

 To the customers, will gain knowledge on manual systems and new terms,
making them more aware of their benefits. The study aims to encourage
computer shop management and make work easier, as having a system
not just a simple manual system benefits the business.
 To the management, study reveals effective ordering systems for player
information, enabling improvement in existing systems and enhancing
efficiency.
 To the present researchers, ICT students will assess system quality, ease of
use, and gain knowledge through gathering information on the topic.
 To the future researchers, study provides valuable data for future research,
guiding researchers towards reliable findings.
