Welding Shop located at 0108 Antero Soriano Highway Sahud Ulan, Tanza, Cavite, do
hereby name, constituted and appointed ELAINE AROMA BARROT, likewise of legal
age, be my own lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and
perform the following:

1. To process, make, sign and execute, for and in behalf of Zeticus Welding Shop,
any document which may be necessary for the processing of my business permit
renewal application at Barangay Sahud Ulan & BPLO Tanza.

2. To carry into effect and perform any necessary actions in connections with the
business permit renewal application for year 2022.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact this special power
and Authority to do and perform every act whatsoever required and necessary to be done as I
