A student named Mark Joseph Solis won the Smiles for the World picturegraph contest by using a
plagiarized artwork and claiming it as his own. The government has initiated a movement, the
organizing committee, to conduct an investigation into the occurrence. He told Solis that his actions
could result in him losing his award and that he wanted to meet with the tournament officials right
now. Solis' movement could be very unethical because plagiarism is considered against the law and a
serious infraction under R.A. 8293, or the Philippine Intellectual Property Code. The article is about a
stolen photograph that won a Photography Contest several times. I was furious because Solis, the
person who stole numerous photos from the right proprietor, had a competition even though I did not
seize the specified photos. If I were Solis, I would be humiliated because he owns many photographs
and has the determination to enter and win photo contests. However, in the conclusion of the case,
Solis did not win since the judges found that he did not take a photograph in my opinion and it was
taken from Flickr. On the part, I feel both relieved and satisfied at the same time. Solis violates
copyright regulation since they are generally excluded from copyright protection because they are
covered within trademark control. Trademark regulation is also provided beneath the identical
Republic Act that includes copyright regulation, namely Republic Act No. 8293, often known as the
"Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines." The Ethics that he did not observe is the genuine of the
photograph. He won by usingsomeone else's photos and stealing from the rightful owner. His ethics
aren't always legal because he ownssomeone else's artwork. He did not take the photograph from his
original concept and compete, however hereceives pix and modifies the thoughts of that means to now
not without difficulty hint and personal thephotograph. This demonstrates that the violation or
misconduct accomplished by means of someone on myown cannot already justify himself/herself as an
individual. There should always be place for extrade foreveryone to improve ourselves and our own
well-being. It also implies that you can extrade for the better inorder to atone for his/her mistakes.

What do you think is the main issue in this situation? If you are a blogger and
such a situation happened to you, what will you do? Do you think the copyright
law will protect your work? In what way?

Theft of food images from food blogs is the primary issue. Khana Khazana used food images from other
food bloggers on her website. Food bloggers Aparna, Soma, Manisha, and Alka are working on this topic,
and many more are being followed for the same reason. If I'm a food blogger and someone copies one
of my photos and uses it without my permission, with attribution and watermarks. I first spoke with
him/her, and it is illegal for him/her to use my food images without my permission, so he/she refers to
himself/herself. If you haven't heard, I will take action and submit the file. It is a violation of both
copyright and plagiarism. Explain that I am the original owner of the property.
Explain that I am the original owner and that it is my right to intervene. According to Merriam-Webster,
copyright is the exclusive legal right to copy, publish, sell, or distribute any problem or form (literature,
music, work of art, etc.). It protects your work if someone steals, steals, or owns it, even if they aren't
the ones who produced it. You can register a complaint about it and cause issues for the plagiarist or the
plagiarizer. First and foremost, the owner has the right to work on the output consciously, to be
inspired, to have their own material, ideas, and thoughts, and to construct them from the ground up. All
works of art enjoy legal protection. This is because it is unique and only one exists.
