1.0 Introduction
The proposed business shall be opened under the name NEXT LEVEL GRAPHICS. The
business shall operate as a sole propreator by Arrestus Mwango as the propreator.
The proposed business itends to produce and give out the best qualities of products
and
services to the local citizens. The main activity of the proposed business shall be
dealing with graphic designs.

The proposed business shall be owned by Arrestus Mwango who is currently Railway
Training Institute taking Diploma in Information Communication Technology. The
proposed business shall take off on early 2027 after his
completion of studies.

The proposed business shall be located in Mombasa county Kenya. Specifically, it
will be located along the kilifi mombasa road at bakstan which is just after nyali
bridge at the raund about. The offices will be located in the
third floor room number 13 in the stone house beulding.

1.4 Business ownership

The proposed business shall operate as a sole propriatorship owned by Arrestus
Mwango who is currently taking Diploma in ICT in Railway Training Institute
Nairobi. However, the following are some of the reasons for the
business to operate as a sole propriator.
(a) Easy in decission making
It will be much easier for the owner to make decissions on the business thus for
confortability and freedom in making decission.
(b) Controll over the business
Since the proposed business shall be a sole propriator, the business owner will
have full control over the business on daily basis.
(c) Profit management
The owner of the proposed business will have the say to plan for the profit gained
in a certain period of time on how use it.
(d) Flexibility of the business
The business owner shall be able to change the services and even changing the
location of the business. However, the owner shall have the flexibility of
adjusting the business.
(e) Life status
The business owner shall aqure a new status be able to maintain the status
different from others. The owner shall be enjoying the new status and the respect
from others.

The goods to be sold will be the above services inform of hard copies and soft
copies.

1.6 Justification of the business

(a) Job market
Graphics and designs have become on demand in the current lives. Therefore,
starting up this business will growing of the local towns. However, profit shall be
of higher compared to loss.
(b) Cheap to start up
The proposed business will only need an ink jet printer and a set of computer
desktop and some few reems of printing papers to start the business therefore, less
expensive to start.
(c) Stressless
The business owner shall have less stress in rinning and growing of the proposed
business. This is because the owner will only have to design the requred product
for the customers and print them or give them as soft copies.
Therefore, no need of much time in doing the work or job.
(d) Passion in the world of computer.
As the owner of the proposed business, lover of computers, it will be easier to run
the business for it will be in the mind and therefore investing and prosperity in
the world of computers and do wonders in the computing world.
(e) Use of techhnology
Since graphics and designs will be making use of the technology which is the core
targets of many countries in the worlld, this will have an impact in the proposed
business since life changes and everything is becoming computerized.
