are constructivist, inquiry-based, reflective, collaborative,

teaching and learning process to be implemented and
practice to their teaching - learning instruction. The
participants stayed in the designated training venue as
one class without transferring to other venue during the
LAC session proper. The output on preparing DLL with
the integration of the different pedagogies was done in
teachers’ classroom and at home at their own pace. The
monitoring and evaluation were accomplished by the
participants using the QAME form of NEAP. Additional
questions and clarifications from the participants were
entertained. The organizers had given the participants a
wide discretion to work in their output as long as they

M & E Analysis Based on the results pf Program Evaluation, the

participants “Strongly Agree” with the effectiveness of the
training program as to different indicators being assessed
such as program management, attainment of objectives,
delivery of content, provision of support materials,
program management team, training venue and speaker.
This implies that the participants were satisfied with
regards to the services given by the learning service
provider during the duration of the LAC Session.

It is also evident in the evaluation form that the

internet accessibility and soundproofing in the venue was
not perfect. This was manifested in the responses of the
participants wherein the usability of internet connection
inside the venue was triggered by poor signals and it has
no adequate soundproofing. This means that in the
conduct of the training program the organizers should
put into consideration the accessibility of internet in the
venue and soundproofing for important use.

The participants responded that the session gave

them significant learnings to include the essential
features of the K-12 Pedagogies. They gained new
knowledge and skills in the topic presented.
