Opening and welcome remarks

Mma Healy opened the meeting by welcoming and thanking all the staff that were present, she then
processed by thanking them for their hard work and encouraged them to keep up the good work.

Environment (including fire in the skips and camp dirty)

Mma Healy said that the burning of things (e.g. papers, bottles, cardboxes etc.) around SKIB and skips
must be stopped. She then said that she will visit shop keepers to ask them to stop burning the skips and
asked if there are any volunteers who are willing to help her when it comes to checking the skips that
are being burned.

Mma Leburu and Miss Nkhereanye will be in charge for the skip at the bakery

Mma Leburu suggested that the station commander must also be informed so that the skip that is at the
police staff quarter can be kept clean at all times.
Project budget UNHCR

Mma Healy informed the staff that the budget from UNHCR is very low in that case some of the staff is
salary will have to drop and other few things will have to change, some money had to be taken from
SKIB budget. She then continued by saying that all the lights around SKIB must be switched off expect
for the one at the security guard. The amount for airtime will have to drop.

Mma Leburu then suggested that a torch must be bought for security guards since there will be no lights
at night.

SCI staff presence

Mma Healy informed the staff that SCI has come to an end and for that some of the staff had to leave
because they were the ones that were in charge of it.

Communication with each other

Mma Healy said that communication is very important at a workplace she then suggested that all staff
must wear their SKIB shirts on Fridays and the staff agreed to the suggestion.

Routers password fading

Mma healy told Kiza to write down all the routers and their password and save them in a google driver
since some of the passwords are fading away.

Go laela

Always inform your fellow colleagues when leaving the work premises. Make use of WhatsApp or texts
to communicate when you are about to leave work premises or when you are not reporting to work at
all for leaving without informing others is not a good thing at all. Mma Healy asked staff how do they
feel when they are looking for someone at work and only to find that the person has left, then Miss
Hawa replied by saying that she feels frustrated as she will be wanting something from the person and
the person is not around, so it is very important to inform everyone when you are around or not.

Staff presence

Due to low budged there will be unpaid leaves. Miss Sankwasa informed everyone that she will be taking
her leave from 28th February 2022 and will report back to work on the 21 st of March 2022 in that case
Mrs Phaphe will be in charge for everything that has to do with Miss Hawa.

Maternity leave

Mma Healy informed the staff that Mrs Claudia is on maternity leave

Annual leave

Mma Healy told the staff to take their leaves on time and they should inform others a week before they
do so.

Covid-19
Covid-19 is still out there so people must protect themselves all the time. Staff will start using pure soap
to wash their hands and then rinse.

Purchase of airtime (when)

Mrs Mabaiwa informed the staff that airtime will be bought on the first day of airtime special

High achiever

Mrs Healy informed the staff how Tinotenda performed. She said that Tinotenda performed very well
with 8* and 1A which makes him the first ever learner in the Camp to achieve those kind of points in
that case P7 800.00 was raised for him. A laptop and laptop bag was bought for him.

Orange foundation project

Mrs Gumiro informed the staff that the project from HER VOICE FOUNDATION ended on the 28 th of
February 2022. The project was in Malelejwe where adolescence girls and young women were involved.
The project aim of the project was to educate them about HIV and AIDS, unplanned pregnancy and
family plan. The project was a success for the unplanned pregnancy has slowed down.

Work plan

Mme Healy encouraged the staff to work on a work plan

Timesheet

Mma Healy encouraged the staff to always edit their timesheet on time so that they don’t forget. If
there is no internet, then they must use the tally table. Everyone must do CBI.
