- Last week minutes meeting update from Pak Arjana:

1. Electricity saving cost program


2. Project sunset at vila #40 & #41 done
3. Project HK storage at VME
4. Project path way at Prana
5. Pond pump at Prana Entrance
6. Drainage project at villa #20 & #21 will start by Friday
7. Plunge pool Spa will follow up on Monday
8. F/u bath tub area at villa #14 & #19
9. F/u Leaking at lobby, Oswego and Reservation office
10. Need to do cleaning at Sunset area step by step. First priority is
cleaning linen at all empty villa. All linen need to take out first than
wash and after that keep the clean linen at storage.
11. Will do inspection to Sunset & FB area on Tuesday, 18 January 2022
12. Spa carpet need to replace
13. Wooden partition at Prana plunge pool area need to replace
14. Steam for Spa

- FO
1. Will join staff training regarding upselling & cross selling today at
2pm
2. Mobile phone for Guest Experience already coming, please Bu
Made to make a received voucher for hotel asset
3. FO car already done for service & the maintenance
4. Please park Buggy car at lobby area
5. Please check with Pak Ngurah-Purchasing for wet tissue for FO
6. Please create the SOP for Hand Sanitizer for guest during check in
and also create SOP for using ciboria (wet tissue) for lobby only

- GARDEN
1. Relate with Tanah Subur/kompos, have already check with
Seminyak Clean and basically that is free
2. Got comment from our neighbor regarding our bougainvillea tree-
need to cut

- FB
1. F/u FB promotion that request by Ibu Wiwik
2. FB defect list need to f/u with Pak Tangsa and need to do general
cleaning at Prana Restaurant
3. Consistency of product need to keep (Breakfast set up not
presentable)
4. Need to do development with FB team-first need to do coffee
training for the staff

- Sales/Revenue
1. Pick up booking in January little bit slow, so we focus marketing
campaign at OTA to increase our visibility for Domestic market
2. For Imlek Flyer will be share at business listing
3. Need to share during meeting regarding Daily Revenue achieve and
Target Revenue
4. Sales Advertising
5. Nyepi promotion need more aggressive
6. Current promotion that we do is only using barter system

- Reservation
1. Please make sure to FO team during handle villa inspection with the
guest especially for 3 BRV-please showing villa at VME

- HRD
1. Please make sure all staff always wearing mask and other thing
relate with CHSE
2. Need to set training for HK staff next week.
3. For Security during low occupancy, please keep assist gardener staff
to swipe at path way area.
