EXPERIENCE
Gained valuable experience as a line cook through both professional classes and hands-on experience in
the college’s open-to-the-public restaurants. Skillfully prepared and cooked a wide array of ingredients
including duck, veal, tuna steak, etc. Worked on my service skills through specialized classes that
heightened my knowledge of proper serving techniques, fostered teamwork and enhanced my
interpersonal skills along the way.
Adams County Technical institute , Gettysburg, PA. August 2020 - May 2022
Completed a two-year Culinary Arts program, developed skills and knowledge in creating dishes,
eventually taking up the role of a sous chef for a unique menu. Throughout the program, incredible
opportunities opened up to explore diverse cuisines from across the globe. As a testament to dedication
and hard work, the Pennsylvania Skills Certificate and a Certificate of Completion were earned.
