General Parent Teacher Association Meeting

The meeting was started by the singing of Philippine National Anthem lead by Mrs. Amelia A. Castro,
followed a prayer lead by Mrs. Hitchell Gee M. Rasona. welcome message by the GPTA President Hon.
Rolando L. Decalit.
Mrs. Marilyn Mahinay, shared a statement of pupils included agenda of the meeting.

The school Principal ma’am Ellen S. Amongan, informed the parents that they should guide their
children in answering the TBAPA. The said TBAPA should submit on May 28, 2021.
Ma’am Ellen also stated the update of MOOE, the improvement of Principal office, dirty kitchen they
allocated budget for office supplies specifically the bond paper was already consumed. Two new printers
from casper charge from MOOE.
Assigned committee on education Hon. Helario P. Marayan,give his inspirational message. Parents
should manage their time to assist /guide their children’s activity. God has mercy on aus especially in
pandemic time.
Respective grade level teacher give the award/ certificate to their selected active pupils.
Parents and teacher agreed and approved the date/ schedule for general pahina on May 25,2021 at
exactly 8:00 am in the morning.
Ma’am Marilyn explained and gave clarification for their respective area to be assign by purok.
Teachers informed the parents that after the meeting
Since there were no more question and clarifications ,Ma’am LIlybeth L Tahud adjourned the
meeting
