     Architectural Plans (Sign and Seal by CE) - 6000.00 Php
    (Perspective, SDP, Elevations, Floor Plans)
    Note: Any request for interior design is additional
    fee depending on the area of requested
    interior
     Structural Plans (Sign and Seal by CE) - 5000.00 Php
    (Structural Plans and Details, BOM, Structural Analysis,
    General Specifications and Notes)
     Plumbing Plans (Sign and Seal by RMP) - 4000.00 Php
    (Plumbing plans, details and specifications)
     Electrical Plans (Sign and seal by PEE) - 5000.00 Php
    (Electrical plans, computations, notes and specs)

    Any reprints will be shoulder by client.

    PERMITTING
    For permitting all fee (Fire Clearance, HLURB Fee, Building Permit Fee) will be shoulder by
    client.

    ON-SITE-FEE

     Ocular Site Visit - 1500.00 Php


     On Job Site Visit - 1500.00 Php per visit
