SUBJECT : SUBMISSION OF SECTION NARRATIVE PROCESS FLOW

DATE : APRIL 17, 2023

I. PURPOSE
1. Pursuant to the approved Memorandum Order No. 0675, Series of 2022, entitled
“Revised Guidelines on the Submission of Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, and
Annual Accomplishment Report,” all offices, services, divisions, special programs,
and attached agencies are hereby directed to put forward respective
Accomplishment Report Form with Narrative Report.
2. In order to assess and evaluate the office's performance in adhering to the approved
Work and Financial Plan (WFP), this office order is being issued to set out the
guidelines and processes for the regular submission of accomplishment reports.
3. Anent to this, each section is hereby directed to prepare their respective Narrative
Process Flow.
4. Submission of the narratives should be not later than September 2023.
5. The Construction & Monitoring Unit and Survey & Design Unit shall be approved
by Operations Section Head. Please refer to the attached sample as guide in
drafting the narratives.
6. For questions and/or clarifications, you may refer to Norhanie K. Gubel, Planning
Officer I and Shahara Kalukamba, Project Development Officer II.
