13 The Meeting was called to Order by MLGOO Anne Kimberly Babaan at 8:30 in the
14 morning.

19 a. Activities for POPS
20 MLGOO Babaan discussed the PPAs to be unconducted under the POPS
21 fund for CY 2023. She said that the utilization rate for the POPS’s Plan is
22 relatively low at 25% compared to the past years. She emphasized the need
23 to expedite the PPAs indicated and approved ain the POPS Plan. MMCC
24 Agencies must immediately pass the activity designs for the approval of the
25 LCE in order to fast track the utilization of funds.

31 2. Establishment of Community Fire Auxiliary Group and training of
32 barangay volunteers

34 1. Continuous on Illegal Drugs on illegal drugs with Barangay Drug

36 2. Continuous provision of Technical Assistance to Barangays during
37 BPOC and BADAC Meetings
38 3. Presence of Tanod in barangay halls for endorsement of violators
39 of the curfew protocols

41 • The next MMCC Meeting shall be conducted on August 2023 with the
42 DILG as host bureau.
