3.1 Every outreach activity was well planned.
Faculty and students participated in the
planning, implementation, monitoring,
assessment, linkages, communication, and
documentation of the outreach program.
However, data from the outreach program
where not properly analyzed. Such data
could be used in the research study of CEP.
3.2 At the end of each year, the operations plan
for the community outreach program was
assessed to determine whether it was
efficiently implemented and if the budget
utilized for the different outreach activities
could be presented by department.

3. EVALUATION AND ASSESSMENT
The Future Mentors Organization was able to
be part of the planning and organization of the
series of outreach activities across the

were able to accomplish their reflection paper
and activity evaluation for the improvement of
the outreach programs. Reflection papers,
personal insights and activity evaluation were
included as quantitative and qualitative data
for a more comprehensive approach in
evaluating the said program. An Impact
Research was thoroughly done with its title
“The Impact of Edukalye as a Community
Extention Program on the Residents of
Kuliglig – Sitio Sto. Niño and Tramo Dos,
San Dionisio, Parañaque City.”
Crafting of a full-blown Impact Research
paper has been utilized to appropriately and

4.1 Evaluation tools for the community outreach
program were prepared and administered
after each outreach activity. Proper
documentation of the evaluation results
was observed. However, analysis of data
was not done to serve as bases doe
continuous improvement of the community
outreach activities. Monthly performance
reporting covering the outreach program
could also be done.
4.2 Yearend reports for AY 2015-2016 and
2016-2017 were prepared. However, it
could be better if the performance
indicators could be made more measurable,
to monitor properly every outreach activity,
to utilize the results and to develop a
sustainable program for the partner
community.

5.1 Sitio Sto. Niño, Barangay San Dionisio,
Parañaque City had been served by the
college for almost a decade, but research
studies had not been conducted to determine
the impact and sustainability of the program
in the partner community.

5.2. Testimonials made by the participants in the
community outreach activities were very
limited to the college. On the other hand,
active participation of students, faculty, and
non-teaching staff in the different CEP
activities was not evident.
Administration and organization of the series
of sustainable outreach programs has already
been established to ensure the maximum
participation of the different stakeholders of
the institution.
