➢ 20% off of big meeting room (up to 15 pax) for new client that never been
had a meeting in the center, applied for hourly or daily
➢ 25% off of big meeting room (up to 15 pax) for repeater client who had
meeting for at least 3x already within a year, applied for hourly or daily
➢ 50% off of big meeting room (up to 15 pax) for client who had a
meeting more than 5x within a month, applied for daily
➢ 15% off of small meeting room for the client who’s asking discount
➢ 20% off of the special month promo for small and big meeting room
➢ Buy 1 get 1 of cappuccino, cafe latte, Iced latte ( from the machine )
➢ Price inclusive of refreshment (coffee,tea,water),flip chart, screen tv,
LCD projector
➢ 10% off of Coffee break arrangement for client who did not asking
discount

letter, document fee, directory listing, parking and offering to
extend as well to offering the client for new subscriptions of those
services
➢ Fast delivery for the secretarial services such as printing,
scanning and copying so that client will be demanding all
the time to us for using this service
➢ In time delivery service if the client is using our in house
courier for sending their document or package.
➢ Stock of the Duty stamp all the time
