That, I, ATTY. CRISANTO U. PASCUAL JR., notarized a copy of Extrajudicial Settlement of

Estate with Absolute Sale, by and between, the heirs AMALIA OYAO CATARATA, LLYOD
ANASCO CATARATA, JANETH CATARATA BARO and JOEL OYAO CATARATA; JUDY
ABAD CABRERA and EDUARDO DEANG CABRERA the buyers, hereunto registered under my
notarial registry with Doc No. 400, Page No. 80, Book No. 06, Series of 2023 for the property
under Transfer Certificate of Title No. 1266389;

That in the said notarized document, there was a discrepancy appearing in the name of “LLYOD
ANASCO CATARATA, whereas it was erroneously encoded as “LLYOD ANASCO
CATARA”,

That there is a typographical error appears in the date of death of the late JOEL C. CATARATA,
it was mistakenly encoded as “ Ocotber 10, 202’ ” instead of “October 10, 2021’

That both parties acknowledged that the sold property was THIRTY-FIVE (35) SQUARE
METERS, more or less only, which based in the original documents;

That in addition, the declared address of the said buyer appearing in it the said notarized
document it was erroneously encoded as “170 Centro Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga Cavite” instead
of “170 Centro Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga”

That I hereby attest that based on their personal knowledge as well personal identification cards,
the buyer’s correct and true address are 170 Centro Balucuc, Apalit, Pampanga;

That I personally know and to be known the parties, which they stated that the VENDOR hereby
SELL, TRANSFER, CONVEY and DELIVER, by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, unto said
Spouses JUDY ABAD CABRERA and EDUARDO DEANG CABRERA their heirs assigns
and successors in interest the property above described with all the improvements existing
thereon, free from any liens and encumbrances;

That I am executing this Certification to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts for all legal
intents and purposes.
