Internet between 1999 and 2009.

The line graph compares the proportion of Internet users in the USA, Canada, and
Mexico from 1999 to 2009. Overall, it can be seen that the percentage of people using
the Internet in all three countries had a tendency to increase steadily during the ten
years of the period.
In 1999, the proportion of net citizens was over 20% in the USA. The figures for Canada
and Mexico were lower, at about 10% and 5% respectively. The percentages of people
using the Internet in the USA and Mexico was equal at approximately 70% in 2005, while
net citizens in Mexico in the same year only accounted for 40% of the whole population.
By the end of the period, the percentage of Internet users in Mexico grew rapidly and
hit a peak of about 40%. Internet usage users in the USA rose significantly and reached a
point of approximately 90%. Canada claimed the highest figure in Internet usage, with
its proportion soaring to roughly 100%. (163 words)
