Total IT experience of minimum 6 years with relevant experience of 4+ years in MDM
support • Strong experience and proficient in MS Intune configuration and administration • Upload, update, maintain, and delete iOS and Android Apps • Test and QA new iOS and Android releases – Manage deployment process and schedule • Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM - Avalanche • Create, configure, and maintain security policies on the MDM and maintain enforcement • Understand MDM reporting capabilities and provide weekly reports to Mobile Architect • Create, update, and maintain users and device owners in the MDM • Assess MDM capabilities and provide recommendations on optimization and usage • Device Patch management using Avalanche and ensuring compliance of the devices • Provide hardware and software support for Apple iPad Pros and other tablets as required • Works with customers to resolve technical issues • Perform data, speed, and App usage analysis on company deployed mobile devices • Coordinate with the hardware team to create onboarding processes • Create user documentation (Tips, tricks, FAQs) as new features and Apps are deployed • Maintain the Enterprise Mobility page under the guidance of the Mobile Architect • Understand Apple DEP and VPP • Understand and create different tags and groups by location, department, and use case • Maintain self-service portal as provided for the suppport • Provide IT support for on and off-site corporate events • Own and operate company deployed MDM solution • Assist with piloting and testing new Apps for enterprise use
