A RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL APRROPRIATION NO. 01-2023 OF THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MARANLIG ON THE OPERATION OF SK
PROGRAMS/PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES FOR CY 2023.
“WHERE AS, The Sangguniang Kabataan of Maranlig, this Municipality had identified PPA’S which were
not incorporated in the SK Annual Budget for CY 2023;
WHERE AS, The Sangguniang Kabataan has available savings/funds from the unappropriated savings where
the identified PPA’s could be implemented as these are deemed necessary in the operation of the Sangguniang
Kabataan Program/Projects and Activities;
WHERE AS, included in the identified PPA’s are the following with corresponding appropriation to wit:
 Educational Assistance for College Student 60, 000
 Balik Skwela Program 46,000
 Purchase of Xerox Machine 48,000
 Monoblock Chair Sponsorship 75,000
 Trash Bin “Shoot for a Change” 43,000
 Acquisition of Mower 48,000
 Zumba Competition 40,000
 Feeding Program to Children 45,000
 Senior Citizen and PWD Gift Giving 47,500

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Reynalyn L. Red, duly seconded by all members present, it was,
RESOLVED, as it hereby RESOLVED, to appropriate One Million five hundred sixty-five thousand four
hundred sixty-one and forty-five centavos (1,565,461.45) as Supplemental appropriation for the identified
PPA’s aforementioned;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this Resolution be furnished the Municipal Accountant, Municipal
Budget Officer and the Sangguniang Bayan of Torrijos for their appropriate action.
