A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CALENDAR YEAR (CY 2023) SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET

NO. 1 OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY, POLOMOLOK, SOUTH
COTABATO FOR THE PERIOD FROM AUGUST TO DECEMBER 2023 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF
ONE HUNDRED FIFTY- FOUR THOUSAND PESOS (154, 000.00)

WHEREAS, the Local Government Code of 1991 empowered and granted authority to Sangguniang
Kabataan both in its administrative and financial operations.

WHEREAS, the funds available for the CALENDAR YEAR 2023 Supplemental Budget No. 1 was
sourced out from the savings of the different Programs/ Projects and Activities amounting to One Hundred Fifty-
four thousand pesos and its appropriated as follows:

A. SOURCE OF FUNDS:

• Honoraria (January- July) 56, 000.00
• Fidelity Bond Premium 5, 000.00
• Bank charges/ Accountable forms 5, 000.00
• ICT equipment 58, 000.00
• PaSKuhan 2023 30, 000.00

TOTAL ESTIMATED FUNDS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION P 154, 000.00

WHEREAS, after thorough deliberation, and all premises considered, and upon motion of Hon. Samantha
Ong, the body:

RESOLVE NOW THEREFORE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, TO APPROVED THE

CALENDAR YEAR (CY 2023) SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY MAGSAYSAY, POLOMOLOK, SOUTH COTABATO FROM THE PERIOD OF AUGUST
TO DECEMBER 2023 IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED FIFTY- FOUR THOUSAND
