Progress Report Narrative

Introduction

1. Identify production areas requiring replacement of the conveyor system and ensure they
are suitable for use with AGVs.
2. Choose the type of AGV according to production needs, such as moving on a certain line
in a workbench frame or AGV according to client needs.
3. Prepare the necessary infrastructure for the AGV, such as special lanes or special
markings on the floor to help the AGV move.
4. Install the AGV control and monitoring system so that it can operate optimally and can be
monitored in real-time.

Summary of Activities

1. Based on the results of discussions with Pt.Sumitomo's partners, what they currently want
is to have several AGVs connected to the conveyor and each AGV is capable of
transporting goods weighing 100KG.
2. To drive the AGV requires a motor that can accommodate the overall load of the AGV of
approximately 1 ton.
3. The AGV specification required by PT is AGV which can replace the conveyor system.
