Subject: Application to view exam results.

Dear Sir,

I am the parent of Subaita Binte Sharif who is in class V (Sapphire), Roll: 24-A (ID: JAN/15/26494), and
Jafna Binte Sharif who is in class III (Jupiter), Roll: 06-B (ID: JAN/17/27596). Their result for the second-
monthly exam has been published recently, but as I’ve some dues to pay, I can’t view their result at all.
But this result is very important to me to evaluate their study condition.

With due respect, I am aware of the rules and regulations of the school that, there is no way to view the
result of any student whose tuition fee is still unpaid. But I’ve already paid the previous amount which is
almost 2,24,900 BDT last month and planning to pay the rest of the amount before their final exam.
Also, I am requesting you recheck the pre-COVID payment where I paid the amount at once and on time.

Now, it is my request to you to consider my current situation and allow me to view the result of my child
to evaluate their current education status and nurture them as required before the final exam.
