JOSE: Hello, my name is José, I am the Manager who will evaluate


you today.
JAIRO: Hello, nice to meet you
JOSE: You can introduce yourself.
JAIRO: My name is Jairo Daniel Suclupe Villegas, I am 18 years old
and I am studying business administration.
JOSE: Interesting, and tell me, what are you going to do after finishing
university?
JAIRO: I have as future goals to exercise my own company for the
purchase and sale of land for houses, being myself the administrator
and thus being able to plan, organize, direct and control, in order to
achieve my proposed objectives.
JOSE: And where do you see yourself in 5 years?
JAIRO: I see myself being an excellent professional in an important
job where I am the Administrative Assistant.
JOSE: What do you consider to be your strengths and weaknesses?
JAIRO: I am a responsible person, I really like to project myself a lot,
what I want to achieve in the present and in the future.
JOSE: What do you like to do in your free time?
JAIRO: I like to be in video games and go out for a walk.
JOSE: Tell me about any experience where you have put leadership
into practice?
JAIRO: For example, in university work groups, a leader always has
to see and, on many occasions, I have had to lead the groups.
JOSE: Why are you interested in the position?
JAIRO: Because I have the skills and experience, they need.
JOSE: Excellent Jairo, your intentions towards the job are very clear
to me.
JOSE: Any questions?
JAIRO: Yes, dear José, are there possibilities to advance professionally
or do you offer a career line?
JOSE: Yes, according to the years of work that you have here in the
company, it opens places to go up.
JAIRO: Does the company offer training to workers?
JOSE: Without to have a good working environment among workers
and managers.
JAIRO: Thank you very much for clarifying my doubts.
JOSE: You're welcome, Jairo, and you have good news, you're hired.
JAIRO: Thank you very much, I promise to give all my effort in this
new opportunity.
