Professional Experience
Perform tracking and management of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevant technologies
Manage the Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block and Stack Plans) including
preparation of options/recommendations.
Contribute Strategic planning ideas with other members of the occupancy planning team to resolve
campus/building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues.
Work with FM's and PM's on projects related to moves, space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and change
management.
To ensure accurate reporting of information (using IWMS tools) and foster critical relationships between
various individuals and organizations such as Department Managers and/or Administrative Assistants to
collect seating assignments.
Identify proactive needs/troubleshoot deficiencies to address concerns and initiate best practices.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible mainly for the Accounts Receivables of multiple projects in Retail, Commercial & Residential
sites having a total of more than 500 clients including MNC’s along with some part of Accounts Payables,
Client Management, Vendor Management etc.
Also actively involved in providing end to end support in the drafting/finalizing of Agreements, MOU’s,
SLA’s & Attendance Management by working with Cross Functional teams.
Invoicing:
1. Maintaining the billing system
2. Generating Invoices (Prepaid & Postpaid) in Bulk & Account Statements
3. Monthly Invoice Distribution Management
4. Updating Collections periodically
Recovery:
1. Ensuring timely payments by Clients
2. Solving client’s queries related to their SOA/previous dues etc.
3. Keeping track of unpaid invoices (if any)
4. Make sure to take necessary actions for long pending dues
Vendor Management:
1. Keeping track of all Vendor Invoices
2. Ensuring timely submissions & processing of Vendor Invoices
3. Verification of Vendor Invoices with due diligence of all Compliances & having multiple Internal Checks
4. Solving queries related to payments, reconciliations etc.
Client Management:
1. Resolving client queries related to Invoices & maintaining a healthy relationship with them
2. Settlements for any disputes arising in respect to Invoices/SOA
3. General concerns related to their property
4. Move In/ Move Out cases F&F, Account Reconciliation etc.
