Violation Correction
A letter explaining the actions taken
We request that you take prompt action to correct these
violations. Failure to promptly correct them may result in
enforcement and or legal action being initiated by the Real
Estate Regulatory Agency without further notice.
You must notify RERA in writing within (5) working days of
your receipt of this letter as to the specific actions you have
taken to correct the stated violations. You should also include
an explanation of each step you have taken to assure that
similar violations will not recur.
Failure to correct those violations may lead to a fine of
50,000.00 dirham impose by RERA.
