Managing the Sales Department, operating in call centre system, for B2B
clients. Main goal of the department was to sale telecom packages to
companies in ITALY, provided by the company main clients: telecom service
providers. Main tasks:
• Project management for each telecom client: following up their sales needs,
targets & requirements. Direct communication with them, including reports and
performance, adjustments to increase the performance.
• Following the brief from the client to ensure the correct implementation,

staff: guide them through difficult calls or issues, crisis management protocols,
conduct group meetings, ask questions to better understand the needs of
the clients and frequently asked question, coaching on processes and best
practices in order to achieve their targets.
• Department performance in the company: collaborate with the other
departments to identifying trends and define the call center department goals.
• Prepare reports and analyse call center data to improve processes, ensure
the correct allocation of resources, and maximize efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
