ORDER

In today’s hearing on the Ex-Parte motion to use Alternative Recording Device

filed by PMSg Robin P. Agustin, Chief Intel PNCO, Nasugbu Municipal Police Station,
Nasugbu Batangas, said police officer/movant is present in today’s hearing. The
instant application is for the conduct of police operation against Anti-Illegal Drugs
Operation (Buy-Bust) against alias Tangkad resident of Brgy. Palanan, Nasugbu
Batangas.

After examining the alternative recording devices presented by the movant, the
court finds that the said alternative recording devices meet the minimum standard
requirements set forth in Section 4 of Administrative Matter No. 21-06-08-SC (Rules
on the Use of Body Worn Cameras in the Execution of Warrants).

Finding the Ex-Parte Motion to Use Alternative Recording Device to be

impressed with the merit, the same is hereby GRANTED.

The movant police officer is hereby allowed to use one (1) Oppo F11 Pro and
one (1) Huawei Y9S to be used as alternative recording devices.

SO ORDERED.
