1.1 SUBJECT PRONOUNS 主语代词

1. Pronouns can be subjects and perform action. 代词可以作为主语并执行动作。 2. Pronouns can be objects in a sentence..代词可以在句子中作宾语。

Use subject pronouns for the following: a) Direct object 直接宾语:

a) As the subject of the verb 作为动词的主语

b) Indirect object 间接宾语:

b) In comparison after ‘than’ or ‘as’. 在“than”或“as”之后进行比较。 3. When to use subject or object pronoun in a compound form?
a) Example 1: Give the books to Jane and (she ; her).
i. Example 1:
By covering up “Jane and”, you see that the pronoun is used as the object
of the preposition to, and her would be the object form.
ii. Example 2: 盖过“Jane and”，您可以看到代词用作介词 to 的宾语，而 her 将是宾
语正确的形式。
if you repeat the verb, you must use the subject form. 如果重复动词，则
必须使用主语形式。 b) Example 2: Pat and (I ; me) saw the movie last night.

iii. Example 1: By covering up “Pat and”, you see that the pronoun is the subject form;
therefore, I is the correct form.
盖过“Pat and”，你会看到代词是主语形式； 因此，I 是正确的形式。
iv. Example 2:
